The FACP interface operates independently of the cloud credential service.

Data Privacy Act Compliance for Credential Data

Mobile credential platforms store device identifiers and access logs. Some deployments add biometric enrollment data, used for step-up authentication at sensitive floors. This qualifies as personal data processing under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). We configure retention limits, encrypted-at-rest storage, and role-based console access during commissioning. That way building administrators can meet their own National Privacy Commission registration and breach-notification obligations, without retrofitting the system later.
