TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES are available in varying modes.   Specialized teams and technical personnel are assigned to address any after-sales queries and support needs of various products and services.


To avail of support services, users may call our:  PRODUCT SUPPORT HOTLINE (02)- 8892-9073 to 77;  SYSTEMS SUPPORT HOTLINE (02)- 8556-5035 and 8556-5037  for first-level assessment.   To serve user requirements better and for us to make an initial assessment, please be ready to give responses to some basic questions about the product purchased.


An initial assessment will be able to help us identify whether the support needed is any of the following:

  • item replacement
  • re-programming
  • re-installation
  • repair or spare parts replacement
  • re-wiring
  • consultation with a 3rd party provider (eg. PLDT/Globe – for telephone systems, etc)
  • manual process flow updates (eg. power on switch, back-up/restore data,  etc)
  • requiring on-site assessment (Note: charges may apply)

Note: On-site assessment costs will vary based on location, travel mode and time,  and the number of resources required, etc. Service Costs will will be quoted by your assigned service assistant.
