Yes. We provide structured Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) contracts for all systems we install, as well as for existing third-party equipment. Our maintenance program covers scheduled inspections, cleaning, calibration, software updates, and parts replacement — helping you avoid costly emergency breakdowns and extending equipment lifespan. We are available 6 days a week for technical support and emergency response.

Installation timelines vary depending on the scope of work and the number of systems involved. A single-system deployment (e.g., access control for one floor) can typically be completed in 1–3 days. A full building fit-out covering multiple integrated systems — access control, CCTV, fire alarm, and structured cabling — may take 2–20 weeks depending on building size and site conditions.
